Shipping and Delivery

 

​Royal Remy Clips Hair Extension prices include FREE standard shipping within the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska and Puerto Rico. Shipping days will be Monday through Saturday, (excluding holidays that FedEx - USA Shipping, and USPS - International Shipping is closed). International Shipping rates apply at checkout.

​​​​​​Why does it take so long to get my order?? 

 

All ​Royal Remy Clips Hair Extension are custom made when ordered. It takes up to 15 business days, (business days are Monday through Friday), for your Royal Remy Clips Hair Extension to be made. Your order is processed immediately, and sent to our manufacturer where the raw hair is purchased to start your order. We do not keep inventory, since human hair is a perishable product and begins to dry out and become brittle once it is cut. This process insures that you will receive newly cut, healthy hair, not like most extension hair that is routinely warehoused for long periods of time.​​​​​​

 

Our color process takes up to 5 days. We use a color water color process that slowly lifts the color from the hair, and then deposits it back into the hair to insure consistency. Our custom made hair extensions start with a Color 1B to a Color #2, natural virgin hair. Large gram weight extensions generally have more than one hair donor, consisting of several bundles of hair, in several different dark colors. The hair is always re-colored to make sure each hair bundle has the same true color for your extensions.

 

Once the hair is colored, it is sorted and checked to insure the cuticle is aligned and intact. It is washed and dried, and is now ready for the production stage. In production the hair is sewn in to long wefts (or curtains) of hair. Next it is cut into individual weft pieces, and the edges are sealed and sewn. The hair is trimmed and the pieces of your custom extension sets are bundled together, and is ready to be textured straight or wavy. The texture process is done with a steam nutrient solution, it is not a traditional chemical process which causes damage and stresses the hair and cuticle. This process is much more gentle on the hair and helps the hair retain it's soft, silky feel and shine. The hair is then dried, hand finished, inspected and packaged, and shipped to one of our stores.

 

When we receive your finished order from our manufacturer, it is immediately inspected for defects. The color of your extension hair is checked against 3 popular color charts. The color must fall within the three color charts with an allowable 15% tolerance or difference. If your custom made extensions do not pass our inspection, you will be notified. After inspection, your extension set goes to our shipping department. Before shipping, your extensions are inspected a second time. Then the main extension set is placed in a sealed bag. The test samples are placed in a open bag (for you to inspect when you receive your order), and your custom made extensions are shipped to you. We never send out defective products.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email notification with a tracking number to track your order delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for the receipt of your package. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for our free ground shipment of your order in the Continental USA, up to 10 to 15 days for free International delivery. Overnight and 2 day Express delivery is available in the USA only. Your Royal Remy Clips Hair Extensions are shipped from one of our two stores in Mission Viejo, California, or Oceanside, California USA.

United States - Shipping Options

FedEx Overnight - Overnight service for rush delivery. ($39.00 in the Continental US only, outside of the Continental US additional charges may apply)

FedEx 2 Day - 2 day delivery service. ($29.00 in the Continental US only, outside of the Continental US additional charges may apply)

FedEx Express - 3 to 4 days depending on your delivery area. ($15.00 in the Continental US only, outside of the Continental US additional charges may apply)

FedEx Ground - 5 to 7 days depending on your delivery area. (Free in the US only)

USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 5 days depending on your delivery area.($15.00 in the Continental US only, outside of the Continental US additional charges may apply)

USPS Ground - 6 to 10 days depending on your delivery area. (Free in the US only)

 

* (Royal Remy Clips Hair Extension reserves the right to choose the best shipping provider when your order is ready to ship. FedEx guarantees Overnight, 2-Day, Express, and Ground deliveries on Saturdays, USPS does not. FedEx is open on many government holidays that USPS is not).

International

USPS International Delivery - International flat rate is $49.00. International delivery takes up to 7 to 15 Business Days delivery time, depending on your country's customs process. Duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs, will be your responsibility to pay. Some International Countries average 8-10 weeks, and Middle East Countries are slow shipping, which may take longer. Slow shipping countries include Italy, India, Netherlands, Brazil, Germany, Russia, and Qatar. ​​

 

  • INTERNATIONAL DUTY/TAX FEE INFORMATION:



  • International customers (outside of United States) will be solely responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes and fees charged by your country. Royal Remy Clips Hair Extension is not responsible for any delays or holds caused by your country's customs process. All packages will be sent as  merchandise. We do not give refunds on non-delivered items, only items that have been delivered to you and returned with a RMA code, in original packaging, unopened, unused, and in new condition.

 

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:


Can I track my order once it ships?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email notification with a tracking number, and delivery day (USA ONLY), to track your order. It is your responsibility to arrange for the receipt of your package.

 

International orders; Due to the customs process, we can not guarantee a delivery date.
 

NOTE: Though we make every attempt to send your package to you as quickly as possible, Royal Remy Clips Clip-in Hair Extensions has no control over the delivery times of the FedEx or USPS. Royal Remy Clips is NOT responsible if your package is NOT delivered in the guaranteed shipping times.

 

 

 
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:
 
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of (you) the buyer, to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. If you make an error, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at info@remyclips.com. If your order has already shipped, and we are no longer able to change the address, you the buyer, will be responsible if your package is not delivered to you. ​In the event that your package is returned back to Royal Remy Clips Hair Extension, because we have been furnished with a incorrect address, we are happy to ship it to the correct address. There will be a charge for the second shipping. This shipping charge must be paid in full before your package is shipped out a second time.
