Royal Remy Clips knows the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. We are confident in our product, and we ultimately want you to have the most pleasant hair experience possible. For Returns
Can I return my custom made extensions?
Yes, we offer a Return Policy on unopened hair extensions. We understand that you may need to return your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
You may return your Royal Remy Clips Hair Extensions ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging. The Test Sample bag is enclosed with hair that is part of your custom set. You are free to open this bag to touch and inspect the hair, and to check the color. Do not open the sealed extension set bag unless you are completely sure you want to keep your custom order.
Why are Royal Remy Clips Hair Extensions non-returnable if opened?
Human hair extensions are a hygienic, perishable product. For the safety and consideration of all of our customers, we do not accept exchanges on opened, used hair extensions.
Not only is human hair a hygienic product, it is a perishable product with a limited shelf life. We are under contract with our supplier, to never return hair extensions that have been used, improperly maintained, damaged, or altered. Most damage to human hair extensions is only visible with time. We have no way to know if opened or used hair extensions have been damaged by heat styling, inferior hair products, or improperly maintained. In order to exchange your custom made extensions, the hair must be returned to our supplier as new, unused, still freshly cut, so they can reuse the hair for wig production.
How do I make a return?
You must contact us first at (info@remyclips.com) within our required (7) Day Return Period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns without a RMA will not be accepted, and returned to sender.
All Royal Remy Clips Hair Extensions must be shipped back, unopened in the original packaging, and all contents of your order must be returned. The contents of your original order and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. All refund requests must be accompanied by a copy of your online invoice. We will then provide you with our return address in Mission Viejo, California or Oceanside, California, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund. Opened merchandise is not returnable and will not be refunded.
Are there any fees to make a return?
Yes. There is a 15% return fee on all of our custom hair extensions. This fee covers the following:

To offset the cost of the raw hair, (we pay the for the rest). The raw hair cost is non refundable, for you or Royal Remy Clips. and The cost of labor to make the extensions, as contracted by our supplier.
**You will also be responsible for the shipping charge to return the extensions back to our supplier to receive your refunded amount. Shipping charges to send your custom order back to our supplier, will be added to the 15% return fee. Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the hair and will be calculated as a International package.
You will also be responsible for all shipping costs to return the extensions to us. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. Royal Remy Clips will not be responsible for lost returns. If you are returning a package from outside of the United States, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or there may be a chance that your package will be returned back to you.
When will I receive my *refund?
A refund, (if eligible), will be issued within 72 hours after the extensions have been returned. Once we have received and inspected the returned hair extensions, and have determined that they were not opened or tampered with, all the contents of your order has been returned in new and unused condition, your refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of the refund.

For Cancellations
Can I cancel my custom made order?
Yes, we offer a Cancellation Policy for hair extensions that are already in production. We understand that you may need to cancel your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate you. Please understand that once your order is in production it can not be stopped. Your order will be sent finished to our shop.
Are there any fees to cancel my order?
Yes. There is a 15% cancellation fee on orders cancelled during production. This fee covers the following:

To offset the cost of the raw hair, (we pay the for the rest). The raw hair is cut, colored, or textured (altered), and it is non refundable, for you or Royal Remy Clips, as contracted by our supplier.

The cost for the labor to make the extensions, already in production, as contracted by our supplier.
**You will also be responsible for the shipping charge to return the extensions back to our supplier to receive your refunded amount. Shipping charges to send your custom order back to our supplier, will be added to the 15% cancellation fee. Shipping fees are determined by the weight of the hair and will be calculated as a International package.
What if I cancel my custom order right after I place it?
If you cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, you will not be charged a fee. Any cancelled orders after the 8 hour window, will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. Your order is date and time stamped when we receive it from our payment provider. Within minutes of receiving it, your order is placed with our supplier, and you are sent a email confirmation. At that time we pay for the raw hair, and a deposit to start your order. The raw hair is not refundable once our supplier buys it, and contacts the labor to start production.
When will I receive my refund?

For Exchanges
Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, We understand that picking the right color is sometimes hard, we are happy to offer an exchange of your unopened Royal Remy Clips Extension set for the right color. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with.

You will also be responsible for all shipping costs to return the extensions us for exchange. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. When will I receive my new exchange?
An exchange will be processed and ordered after the original custom extensions have been returned. After we have received and inspected the returned hair extensions, and have determined that they were not opened or tampered with and all of the contents of your order has been returned in new and unused condition, we will send you a email confirmation. In the email will be the details of the new order for your review. Once you have confirmed with us that the order information is correct, we will place your new order, followed by a email confirmation for your records. It will take up to 15 business days, (business days are Monday through Friday), to make your new custom Royal Remy Clips extensions.
